Florian’s Room operates from 8.30am to 6.00pm as part of our full-day care service. Children typically transition to Florian’s Room from Dermot’s Room at approximately 2 years of age; however, this transition is flexible and based on each child’s individual needs and readiness.

Florian’s Room is fully equipped with nappy-changing facilities and a dedicated sleep/rest area. When your child is ready, we work closely with parents to support the toilet-training process, ensuring it is a positive and relaxed experience. Your child’s key worker will continue to provide daily updates on your child’s progress and development.

During their time in Florian’s Room, children enjoy a stimulating and engaging environment both indoors and outdoors. A wide range of activities is offered, including sand and water play, painting, playdough, constructive and manipulative play, dress-up and imaginative play, as well as music and movement activities. These experiences support your child’s learning, confidence, and development through play.
